Our Open Access clinic provides evaluations, ensuring you get the support you need right away. We believe in treating the whole person, which means not only connecting you with substance use services but also helping you access essential resources like food and other social supports. We accept all insurances and can also help you apply through NY State of Health if you do not have insurance.

We offer an on-site medical team to support you should you require FDA approved medications to support your recovery.

Recovery Planning & Referrals

We will connect you with the right service at the right time, to meet your needs. This could include inpatient, outpatient, detox services or hospitalization.

Family Involvement

You will be greeted by a Peer Advocate—someone with lived experience who understands your journey. Our Peer Advocates will:

  • Actively listen without judgment
  • Support and guide you through the recovery process
  • Provide a safe space while we coordinate your care
  • Stay connected with you beyond today, ensuring continued support

We also recognize the critical role of family and loved ones in recovery and will work to integrate them into your care plan if desired.

We work closely with local primary care providers, hospitals, behavioral health services, social service organizations to ensure you receive comprehensive, integrated care tailored to your needs. We partner with trusted substance use treatment providers, including:
