Due to major plumbing issues, Delphi Rise’s 24/7 Open Access has been temporarily moved to His Branches, located at 340 Arnett Boulevard, Rochester, NY 14619.
The entrance is located on the side of the building. Please call 585-627-1777 if you have questions or difficulty locating Open Access.
Delphi Rise’s Outpatient Clinic has been temporarily relocated to the Mental Health Association of Rochester, located at 274 North Goodman Street, Suite D103, Rochester, NY 14607.
